If your Sanuk gear isn't the perfect fit for your sideways life, we offer free returns and exchanges on all items purchased through our website within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Select the items you wish to return or exchange and tell us why; you can choose a refund to your original payment method or a different size.
Print and Pack
Download and print your prepaid shipping label, then pack your unworn Sanuks securely in their original box or a sturdy shipping mailer.
Ship It Back
Drop your package off at any authorized shipping carrier location; once received, we will process your refund or ship your new pair within 5-10 business days.
